They did a thorough inspection with drone footage, walked me through the insurance process and handled all of the submission paperwork, gave detailed prep instructions, and completed a full install of my roof in less than a day! I cannot say enough good things about A&M Premier Roofing & Construction, especially Cameron. He went above and beyond to help us navigate an insurance claim for hail damage to our roof and surrounding areas. The documentation he put together to support the insurance claim was comprehensive and laid out everything perfectly for our insurance company.

Unfortunately, we were dealing with an insurance company that provided almost no communication or customer support. Our claims representative was nearly impossible to reach, never formally introduced herself as the person handling our claim, and did not even provide us with a claim number. The company’s website offered no useful way to track the claim’s status. Even the adjuster who inspected our roof arrived in shorts and flip-flops, seemed to have made up his mind before completing the inspection, and argued with Cameron afterward. We originally filed our claim on June 23, and we still have not received a formal acceptance or denial.

Throughout this frustrating and eye-opening experience, Cameron remained supportive, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He helped us understand the process, advocated for us, and guided us through a situation I do not believe I could have handled without him.

When—not if—we change insurance companies, Cameron will be the first person I call to help us move forward with our roof. I recently reached out to A&M Premier in Fayetteville, NC, and while their team wasn’t able to assist with my specific situation, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Josie. Even though she couldn’t help through her company, she still spent a full hour on site walking me through the entire process, explaining what to expect, and giving me referrals to people who could help. She even went as far as reaching out to local Airbnbs on behalf of my tenants to help them find temporary housing.
Josie went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect.
