A&M Premier’s owners, Leonardo Almeida and Stephen Mull are the heart and guts of the company. They set the overall pace – and it’s fearlessly fast and laser-focused on success.
It requires relentless hard work and wholehearted caring and support for everyone on the team.
That’s why A&M Premier has grown 200%+ year over year, and has been recognized as an industry leader and an employer of choice for seasoned roofing professionals.
Leonardo (Leo) Almeida is a native of Brazil and moved to Florida with his family when he was 7 years old. Leo has spent more than 12 years in sales and is well-respected for his high sales results and awards in the building industry. Prior to founding A&M Premier in 2022, he was the #1 rep in the country for sales with a national commercial building company – where he met Stephen Mull.
Their mutual respect for one another and strong friendship led to Leo becoming business partners with Stephen which meant moving his wife, Sivys and young daughter, Angelina to North Carolina.
Leo says, “We love North Carolina. It’s been a true blessing to build new roots here with my family. We’ve made great friends and my daughter is as busy as ever with tons of fun things to do around town.”
Marine Veteran, Stephen Mull has enjoyed successful careers producing high-volume sales results for some of the biggest companies in the building industry before joining forces to open A&M Premier in 2022.
Raised in Charlotte, NC, Stephen’s professional pursuits has taken him all over the world, but he loves calling North Carolina home.
For Stephen, A&M Premier is his extended family. His passion for success is matched by his commitment to helping his teams succeed and giving back to others in need.
He shares, “Leo and I are committed to giving back to our communities. We understand that with great success comes a greater calling to give back.”

As a Veteran-owned and operated roofing company, our mission continues in service to those in need in our communities.
A&M Premier is committed to giving back to its communities and Veterans. The company provides a full free roof replacement every quarter to a deserving Veteran in need through its nomination program, NC Roofs for Veterans.
Additionally, A&M Premier provides full free roof replacements for Habitat for Humanity and is the organization’s preferred roofing and repair partner in Wake County.
In 2024, the company established a non-profit fund called, A&M Premier Cares. The fund helps local area children and women in need through locally-organized and managed philopatric efforts that make a direct and immediate impact.
