A&M Premier made my roof replacement easier than I thought was even possible! They did a thorough inspection with drone footage, walked me through the insurance process and handled all of the submission paperwork, gave detailed prep instructions, and completed a full install of my roof in less than a day! Cameron, Noel, and Josie were all super helpful and professional, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Truly a zero stress repair!

I cannot say enough good things about A&M Premier Roofing & Construction, especially Cameron. He went above and beyond to help us navigate an insurance claim for hail damage to our roof and surrounding areas. The documentation he put together to support the insurance claim was comprehensive and laid out everything perfectly for our insurance company.

Unfortunately, we were dealing with an insurance company that provided almost no communication or customer support. Our claims representative was nearly impossible to reach, never formally introduced herself as the person handling our claim, and did not even provide us with a claim number. The company’s website offered no useful way to track the claim’s status. Even the adjuster who inspected our roof arrived in shorts and flip-flops, seemed to have made up his mind before completing the inspection, and argued with Cameron afterward. We originally filed our claim on June 23, and we still have not received a formal acceptance or denial.

Throughout this frustrating and eye-opening experience, Cameron remained supportive, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He helped us understand the process, advocated for us, and guided us through a situation I do not believe I could have handled without him.

When—not if—we change insurance companies, Cameron will be the first person I call to help us move forward with our roof. I would confidently recommend A&M Premier Roofing & Construction, and especially Cameron, to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company that truly stands behind its customers.

A&M Premier Roofing & Construction did a top notch job on our front porch roof that needed to be replaced. We decided on a metal roof and like I said they did a top notch job.

Excellent roofing company! They repaired the damaged areas of my roof quickly and professionally. The team was reliable, knowledgeable, and did high-quality work. They explained what needed to be done, completed the repairs carefully, and left everything clean afterward. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs. I would like to give a special thanks to Ian and the rest of the team that made it happen.

Josie came out. Explained everything took pictures to show me and handled our issues professionally. It’s so nice to have someone who can explain things in lay terms.

I recently reached out to A&M Premier in Fayetteville, NC, and while their team wasn’t able to assist with my specific situation, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Josie. Even though she couldn’t help through her company, she still spent a full hour on site walking me through the entire process, explaining what to expect, and giving me referrals to people who could help. She even went as far as reaching out to local Airbnbs on behalf of my tenants to help them find temporary housing.
Josie went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help—despite having nothing to gain—speak volumes about her character and the integrity of A&M. If this is the level of care they show even when they can’t take the job, I can only imagine how exceptional they are when they can. Highly recommended.

From consultation to the completion of our roof installation, everything went smoothly and we were well informed at each step of the project. The price was reasonable and the end product has greatly enhanced the look and value of our home.

Noel Jimenez’s service was exceptional. He provided information about the materials used, how they were installed, and the reliability of the results. He ensured his crew performed their work efficiently and thoroughly. He inspected the finished roof installation and the clean up process. Outstanding service.
