A&M Premier just finished replacing our roof and we could not be happier with the service we received throughout the whole process. From the first moment, Stephen explained everything in detail and was always available to answer my questions. We have been approached by other roofers prior, but Stephen didn’t make us feel like it was another sales pitch. He was dedicated and polite and we knew we made the right choice.
A couple months later, we have a brand new roof! Our production manager was Monterro and he was amazing! He was very friendly and very transparent about any issues that came up (pricing, additional costs). He was available throughout the day and kept us informed.
Delivery of materials was prompt (the day before) and the crew showed up bright and early the next day. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and the next day. I was very impressed that they were all polite, hardworking, and most of all, they really respected the property and the surrounding areas. The cleanup was great and they made sure everything was picked up.
I can’t thank A&M Premier enough for their hard work throughout this project! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their roofs replaced!
